A UAV PCB (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Printed Circuit Board) is the custom-designed electronic backbone of any drone.It mechanically mounts and electrically interconnects all flight-critical components—microcontroller/ESC, IMU, GPS, power stage, RF radios, cameras, and sensors—while weighing only a few grams.Built on high-frequency FR-4, Rogers, or polyimide substrates, UAV PCBs use 4- to 12-layer stack-ups with controlled impedance, heavy copper power planes, and ENIG or HASL-LF finishes to survive vibration, -40 °C to +85 °C temperature swings, and repeated 10 g shocks.
