Een UAV-PCB (unmanned aerial vehicle printed circuit board)is de op maat ontworpen elektronische ruggengraat van elke drone.Het bevestigt mechanisch en verbindt elektrisch alle vliegkritische componenten microcontroller/ESC, IMU, GPS, power stage, RF-radios,camera'sUAV-PCB's zijn gebouwd op hoogfrequente FR-4, Rogers of polyimide-substraten en maken gebruik van 4 tot 12 lagen stapelingen met gecontroleerde impedantie, zware kopervermogensvlakken en,en ENIG- of HASL-LF-afwerkingen om trillingen, temperatuurschommelingen van -40 °C tot +85 °C en herhaaldelijke schokken van 10 g te weerstaan.

By upgrading the surface finish process from Hot Air Solder Leveling (HASL) to Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG), we achieved a significant improvement in solder joint flatness, thereby resolving the previous challenge of individual QFN-packaged chips becoming dislodged.
