Compared to immersion gold plating, lead-free tin plating is very affordable, provides strong solder joints, and is less prone to cold solder joints.

The immersion gold plating has a level 1 adhesion rating. After repeatedly bending the circuit at the robotic arm joint, there was no exposed copper on the solder pads. The black solder mask exhibited strong resistance to bending. After a drone drop test (1.5m), the circuits remained intact, and the drone was still able to fly normally.
