Customized Industrial PCB Production
I. Design Preparation
• Define Specs: Determine key requirements (layers, materials, environment).
• Layout & Files: Complete the circuit design and generate manufacturing files (Gerbers, BOM).
• DFM Review: Check the design for easy and cost-effective manufacturing.
• II. Bare Board Fabrication
• Layer Formation: Image, etch, and laminate copper layers to create the core board structure.
• Drill & Plate: Drill holes and plate them with copper to connect layers (vias).
• Finish: Apply Solder Mask (protection) and Surface Finish (for soldering).
• E-Test: Test the bare board for any shorts or opens.
• III. Assembly and Validation (PCBA)
• SMT: Print solder paste and use automated machines to place Surface Mount Components.
• Soldering: Use reflow ovens (SMT) or wave soldering (THT) to secure components.
• Protection: Apply Conformal Coating to protect the board from harsh elements (moisture, dust).
• FCT: Perform comprehensive Functional Testing to ensure the final product works correctly.
