ABlack boards typically absorb heat, but this multilayer board's heat resistance exceeded expectations. During localized high-temperature soldering with a hot air gun, the surrounding black solder paste did not change color or bubble, and the boundary between the solder pads and the black solder paste remained neat with no solder paste creeping.
