What Do You Need for PCB Fabrication?:
1.Gerber Files:Standard RS-274X format, including circuit layers, solder mask, silkscreen, drill and profile layers.
2. Drill Files:NC drill data showing hole sizes and positions for accurate processing.
3. PCB Specifications:Board thickness, copper weight, surface finish, quantity, solder mask color and tolerance requirements.
4. BOM List (Optional):Required if PCB assembly or component sourcing service is needed.
5. Special Instructions:Impedance control, heavy copper, gold fingers, testing standards or other custom requirements.
Support and Services:
1.Provide a 1-year warranty against PCB manufacturing defects such as open/short circuits, misregistration and peeling solder mask.
